Thanks for your interest in Food Dance! We can't wait to help you plan a truly memorable event.
We require a deposit of $150 for groups of 30 or less and a deposit of $300 for groups of 30 or more. The deposit is required at the time you book your date and is applied towards your final bill.
Your deposit is refundable up to 30 days from the date of your event.
There is no charge for our rooms, however we have minimum dollar amounts for the total of your food and beverage order (please see below). Tax and 20% gratuity are applied in addition.
Our rooms accommodate a variety of sizes and styles of events. Tango One seats up to 30 people comfortably and Tango Two seats 20. These rooms can be joined and used as one larger room. Our Ballroom seats 60 with an adjoining area we call our Mambo Room, and we can open up all three rooms to accommodate a group of 95 -124.
For groups of 15-30 we ask for your final guest count 72 hours in advance. For groups of 31 and over, we ask for your final guest count two weeks prior to your event at which time you will be locking in your guest count. On the date of the event you will be charged for your final guest count or actual guest attendance whichever is greater. At no time will you be billed for less than our minimum 15 guests for private parties.

Guarantees
At the time of booking, an approximate guest count is needed in order to begin the planning process. A guaranteed guest count will be required 48 hours in advance. You will be billed for your guaranteed guest count or actual whichever is greater.
In the event of a guest increase, please contact our Event Coordinator as soon as possible so we may work to accommodate your group to the best of our ability.
Food and Beverage
We feature local, sustainably produced artisan foods, and may need to substitute an ingredient to insure you the best tasting food available. We have a full service bakery on premise for any cake or dessert needs you may have. (Please refer to our cake guide) Please refrain from bringing in any food or beverage prepared outside of Food Dance. Exceptions may be made at the Event Coordinator’s discretion for the purpose of religious necessity or other specific circumstances. All arrangements must be made in advance and require supplemental signed agreement.
For all parties above 40 people, entrees must be pre-ordered or we will provide a limited quantity of each entrée choice.
While we will do all we can to care for any personal items you may want at your event, Food Dance is not responsible for items if they should be damaged or lost.
